Made to measure is best suited for gentlemen with a standard body figure requiring minimal adjustments. Rather than drafting an original pattern from scratch, the process follows a refined standard block with only the relevant changes applied. This makes it a more efficient route to a well fitted garment, eliminating much of the time and labour associated with a full bespoke or custom commission.

All the detailing and styling options from our custom tailored offering remain available, though the range of structural modifications is more limited by nature of the process. The most widely used construction method in both tailored and ready to wear suiting. Fused suits are quick to produce and accessible in price, with fabric options spanning a broad range from mid to high end cloth. We consider fused construction the fast fashion end of tailoring, best suited for the gentleman who prefers to refresh his wardrobe regularly without a significant investment each time.
Our fused suits are offered under a separate label, Suits by JTC, distinct from the Ceylon Bespoke name. This distinction is intentional. Ceylon Bespoke as a brand is built around canvas construction, handwork and the standards that define serious tailoring. Suits by JTC exists to offer a well made, affordable alternative without diluting what Ceylon Bespoke represents.
That said, Suits by JTC is built to a standard that sets it apart from what is commonly found in the market. Each jacket includes a custom made chest piece for structure, a canvased collar construction and handmade pick stitching. Every suit also includes two fittings, ensuring the best possible fit the construction method allows. The result is a fused suit that punches well above its price point, without pretending to be something it is not.
